Ingredients

1Box Barilla^® Linguine

4Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3Cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 ¼Cups peeled shrimp

1Cup Zucchini, Sliced

1Cup dry white wine

To tasteSalt and pepper

3Tablespoons butter

10Stems of fresh chives, diced

Method

Step 1

Heat the oil in a pan.

Step 2

Cook the garlic to a golden brown and sauté the shrimp, and then add the zucchini, the chile, the wine and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Remove the pan from heat once the sauce comes to a boil.

Step 4

Cook Barilla Linguine per the instructions on the box.

Step 5

Drain and combine with the sauce while still hot, and serve.

Step 6

Stir in butter and garnish with chives.
