Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat add olive oil, onion, garlic, and crushed red pepper.

Cook 2-3 min. then add tomato paste cooking an additional 2-3 min. Add vodka and evaporate by half.
Step 4
Add cream and pasta, toss, and top with basil.
