Ingredients
Serves 7
1 | Box Barilla® Protein+™ Farfalle |
2 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
3 | Cups edamame, frozen shelled beans |
1 | Tablespoon garlic, minced |
2 | Grated zest of lemons |
1 | Tablespoon lemon juice |
To taste | Sea salt and black pepper |
½ | Cup pecorino cheese, shredded |
To taste | Coarsely ground black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in large skillet, over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Add edamame and garlic to pan and sauté for one minute.
Step 4
Add pasta, pasta water, lemon zest and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve in bowls and garnish with cheese and coarsely ground black pepper.
