4 Tablespoons butter, high quality
3/4 Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Step 2

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 3

Meanwhile melt butter in a bow by adding 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water.

Step 4

Drain pasta, toss with butter and stir in cheese.

Step 5

Enjoy with friends around the table!
