Ingredients
Serves 8
1 | Box Barilla® Spaghetti |
2 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Clove garlic, minced |
1/8 | Teaspoon red chili pepper flakes |
6 | Plum tomatoes, chopped |
1 | Teaspoon salt |
1/8 | Teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground |
18 | 1-oz. fresh mozzarella cheese cubes |
2 | Teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add garlic and red pepper flakes; stir for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomatoes and salt and pepper; reduce heat to low.
Step 5
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Cook Spaghetti according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
Step 7
Add hot pasta to skillet mixture.
Step 8
Add cheese and stir until cheese is slightly melted.
Step 9
Transfer to serving platter.
Step 10
Garnish with oregano leaves.
