Ingredients
Serves 4
1 | Box Barilla® Spaghetti |
1 | Pound fresh tuna fillet |
To taste | Salt |
2 ½ | Cups tomato sauce |
4 | Tablespoons chopped parsley |
4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |

Method
Step 1
Cut the tuna into ¾-inch cubes
Step 2
Heat 2/3 of the oil in a pan over high heat. Add the tuna and sauté until golden brown. Remove from oil, drain, season with salt and keep hot
Step 3
Heat the remaining oil in another pan over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce and cook for about 5 minutes
Step 4
Add the fried tuna and season with salt to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes
Step 5
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions
Step 6
Drain and toss with the prepared tuna sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately
