Ingredients
Serves 4
1 | Box Barilla Spaghetti |
6 | Ea plum tomatoes |
4 | Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Clove garlic |
To taste | Salt |

Method
Step 1
Heat about 2 ½ tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté peeled garlic clove and remove when lightly browned. Add peeled, seeded and chopped tomatoes.
Step 3
Cook for about 10 minutes, season with salt and remove from heat.
Step 4
Meanwhile, boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions.
Step 5
Drain and toss with prepared sauce. Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
