Spaghetti Recipes
Ingredients
Serves 6
1/2 | Box Barilla® Thin Spaghetti Pasta |
1 | Egg |
2 | Tbs. Parmesan Cheese |
2 | Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1 | Lb. Salmon Ground |
To Taste | Salt and Black Pepper |
1 | Cup Arugula Packed |
6 | Tbs. Light Mayonnaise |
6 | Slices Plum Tomatoes |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix egg, olive oil and cheese.
Step 3
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 4
Drain and let cool down 5 minutes then stir in egg mixture.
Step 5
Place pasta flat [about ½ inch] on a sheet pan and bake in the oven at 400° F for about five minutes.
Step 6
Cut rounds with a cookie cutter and bake again until slightly crispy, set aside.
Step 7
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Form sliders about the size of a muffin pan opening.
Step 9
Cook salmon sliders on a nonstick pan over medium heat for about five minutes on each side and serve in the pasta “buns” with arugula, tomato and mayo.
