Thicker than Capellini, Thinner than Spaghetti

With Thin Spaghetti, Barilla presents its world-beloved traditional Spaghetti pasta shape in a thinner version that's not quite as thin as our Angel Hair pasta. Sometimes called spaghettini, this thin pasta promises to delight your palate.

Barilla® Thin Spaghetti is made with non-GMO ingredients. For more information, please read our position.

Perfect for ...

Slightly thicker than Angel Hair and capellini pasta, but still refined and delicate, Thin Spaghetti is often used with seafood-based pasta sauces (like tuna) or oil-based sauces. Try this thin pasta in spaghetti recipes featuring simple, light tomato sauces, broths, consommés, and soups, or light dairy sauces like parsley crème.

Our Chef’s tip

Add a generous pinch of sea salt to the cooking water to enhance the pasta’s flavor.

Avoid adding oil to the water as it prevents sauce from clinging to the pasta.
