Ingredients
Serves 8
1 | Box Barilla® Thin Spaghetti |
1 | Jar Barilla® Tomato and Basil Sauce |
2 | Tbsp. Olive Oil |
1 | Onion, Diced |
2 | Packages Frozen Artichokes (Sliced In Quarters) |
1 | Cup Shredded Parmigiano Cheese |
4 | Leaves Basil, Chiffonade |
To Taste | Salt and Black Pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
In a large skillet sauté onions in olive oil until slightly browned.
Step 3
Add quartered artichokes and sauté until golden, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add Sauce and bring to a simmer.
Step 5
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 6
Drain and toss with sauce.
Step 7
Toss with shredded Parmigiano cheese and basil.
