Ingredients

Serves 4

½ Box of Barilla® Chickpea Orzo pasta
5 Ounces mixed greens
1 Cucumber, julienned
1 Carrot, julienned
1 Pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Cup radishes, sliced thin
1 Cup dried cranberries
1/3 Cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Lemon juice and zest
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ Teaspoon honey
1 Teaspoon parsley, chopped
To taste Salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well.

Step 2
