THIS QUICK AND EASY BOWL RECIPE USES CHICKPEA ORZO PASTA, PEAS, ASPARAGUS, PARMESAN, AND GREEN GODDESS DRESSING.
Ingredients
Serves 4
1 | Box of Barilla® Chickpea Orzo pasta |
2 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Pound asparagus, sliced on the bias and blanched |
1 | Cup peas, blanched |
1 | Lemon, juiced and zest |
¼ | Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated |
1 | Cup prepared Green Goddess dressing |
To taste | Sea salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well, and place in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix pasta with olive oil and all other ingredients, adjust seasonings, drizzle top of salad with additional dressing.
