THIS QUICK AND EASY BOWL RECIPE USES CHICKPEA ORZO PASTA, PEAS, ASPARAGUS, PARMESAN, AND GREEN GODDESS DRESSING.

Ingredients

Serves 4

1 Box of Barilla® Chickpea Orzo pasta
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 Pound asparagus, sliced on the bias and blanched
1 Cup peas, blanched
1 Lemon, juiced and zest
¼ Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
1 Cup prepared Green Goddess dressing
To taste Sea salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well, and place in a bowl.

Step 2

Mix pasta with olive oil and all other ingredients, adjust seasonings, drizzle top of salad with additional dressing.
