Ingredients

1 | Box Barilla® Protein+® Farfalle pasta |
1 | Jar Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto |
2 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 | Clove garlic |
2 | Yellow squash, diced |
2 | Zucchini, diced |
6 | Leaves basil, julienne, |
1/3 | Cups bocconcini (small) mozzarella cheese balls, halved |
1/2 | Lemon juiced |
To taste | Salt and black pepper |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta for one-minute less than package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile in a skillet sauté garlic and olive oil over medium heat for one minute, add zucchini and yellow squash and blister for two minutes.
Step 3
Let pasta cool, then combine the squash, zucchini, basil, pesto and cheese in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve immediately or chill for future use.
