Ingredients
Serves 8
1 | Box Barilla® Spaghetti |
4 | Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
2 | Garlic cloves, peeled |
4 | Anchovies preserved in salt, rinsed, boned, and chopped |
To Taste | Pepper |
1 | Tablespoon parsley, chopped |

Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté two peeled garlic cloves until golden brown, then discard.
Step 3
Add anchovies and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Remove pan from heat and break apart anchovies with a fork.
Step 5
Season with pepper and add chopped parsley.
Step 6
Meanwhile, boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions.
Step 7
Drain, reserving some cooking water, and toss with prepared sauce, adding a small amount of pasta cooking water, if necessary.
Step 8
Serve hot.
