- 1 box Barilla® Spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 4 anchovies preserved in salt, rinsed, boned, and chopped
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Sauté two peeled garlic cloves until golden brown, then discard
- Add anchovies and sauté for 2 minutes

Remove pan from heat and break apart anchovies with a fork
- Season with pepper and add chopped parsley
- Meanwhile, boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package directions
- Drain, reserving some cooking water, and toss with prepared sauce, adding a small amount of pasta cooking water, if necessary
