1/2 box | Barilla Farfalle pasta |
1 1/4 cup | fresh mushrooms |
4 | shallots |
1 1/2 tbsp | parsley |
1 1/4 cups | milk |
1 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | flour |
3/4 cup | gorgonzola |
Salt and white pepper |

Method
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400°, then sauté the mushrooms with olive oil.
Step 2
Add the chopped shallots and salt.
Step 3
To prepare the sauce, melt the butter, add the flour and blend well. Then add the boiling hot milk, seasoned with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then add the gorgonzola and let it melt off.
Step 4
Cook the Barilla Farfalle pasta until al dente, then drain. Season with mushrooms and sauce.
Step 5
Place in baking pan and bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes.
