1 1/2 cupsItalian sausage, crumbled

1 cuponion, chopped

2 24-oz jarsmushroom-flavoured pasta sauce

1 6-oz canblack olives, sliced and drained

1/4 cupParmigiano Reggiano cheese, freshly grated

1 cupMozzarella cheese, shredded

1 tbspparsley, chopped

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Cook Barilla Penne Lisce pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot.

Step 3

Heat sausage and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook 7-10 minutes or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Stir in mushroom sauce and olives.
