1 box Barilla Gluten Free Rotini pasta
1 jar spicy marinara sauce
1 bunch asparagus, sliced into inch pieces
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese, grated
To taste salt and black pepper

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, sauté the asparagus in olive oil until slightly brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sauce and 1/2 cup water, simmer for 5 minutes.
