4 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
3 cloves | garlic, thinly sliced |
1 1/4 cups | shrimp, peeled |
1 cup | zucchini, sliced |
1 | Chile de árbol, chopped (optional) |
1 cup | dry white wine |
To taste | salt and pepper |
3 tbsp | butter |
10 stems | fresh chives, diced |

Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan.
Step 2
Cook the garlic to a golden brown and sauté the shrimp, and then add the zucchini, the Chile de árbol, the wine, and season with salt and pepper.

Remove the pan from heat once the sauce comes to a boil.
Step 4
Cook Barilla Linguine pasta according to package directions.
