Method

This recipe can also be made using Barilla Tagliatelle pasta.
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Once the water is boiled, cook the Barilla Pappardelle pasta according to package directions. Once the pasta is cooked, reserve about 1 cup of cooking water, then drain.
Step 3
In the meantime, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Toss the drained Barilla Pappardelle pasta in the pan together with the butter. Add the reserved cooking water, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, then toss until well-coated in sauce. Serve immediately.
