8 ozturkey breast, sliced thick

1 tbspflour

1dash nutmeg, powdered

1 cupchicken broth

1/2 cupalmonds, peeled and chopped

4marjoram stems (use leaves only)

Method

Step 1

Melt 2 tbsp butter in a hot skillet. Add the onions and mushrooms, and wait until they are lightly brown.

Step 2

Add the turkey and cook until lightly browned.

Step 3

Add the flour, nutmeg, and chicken broth and boil at a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat.

Step 5

Cook Barilla Spaghetti pasta until al dente, according to package directions.

Step 6

Meanwhile, add 1 tbsp butter to a hot skillet and toast the almonds, adding salt, and set aside.

Step 7

Drain the Barilla Spaghetti pasta once ready and add 4 tbsp butter, combine it with the sauce, garnish with the marjoram leaves, and serve.
