4 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
1 clove | garlic |
2 lb | small plum tomatoes, diced |
To taste | salt and black pepper |
8 | leaves fresh basil, torn |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook Barilla Spaghetti pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes or until slightly yellow in colour.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and half the basil and sauté for 2-3 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
