Ingredients

Serves 4

1 box Barilla Farfalle pasta
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 lb ground veal
12 cups fresh spinach, blanched, chopped and drained
2 1/2 cups chanterelle mushroom, sliced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken stock
To taste salt

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 2 tbsp salt (optional).

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Add veal, spinach, and mushrooms.

Step 4

Stir over high heat until the meat is browned well, about 10 minutes.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper, and stir in the wine.

Step 6

Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, until the wine has almost completely evaporated.

Step 7

Add chicken stock and remove skillet from the heat.

Step 8

Cook Barilla Farfalle pasta according to the package directions.

Step 9

Drain and add to the skillet with the hot ragù; then toss over high heat for 1 minute.

Step 10

Divide evenly among 6 warmed pasta bowls.
