150 g (5,3 oz Barilla® GF Elbows (or small short pasta) or ditalini GF
200 g White beans (dry)
200 g Cannellini beans (dry)
200 g Borlotti beans (dry)
30 ml E.V.O.O
200 g Onion
100 g Carrots
100 g Celery
1 sprig Thyme
to taste Salt and pepper
