Method

Step 1

In a blender, blend the pine nuts and garlic. Add in the washed and dried basil leaves and EVO without turning off the blender. Add half of the grated LF Parmigiano cheese (25 g) and LF Pecorino cheese. Adjust the density by adding more oil if necessary.

Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes and clean the green beans. Cut the green beans into pieces. Boil the potatoes and green beans in boiling water to al dente and drain.

Cover the last layer with béchamel, the remaining Parmigiano cheese, and some potatoes and green beans. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170° C. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
