1Box Barilla^® Snowfall pasta

2Cups heavy cream

1½Cups white cheddar cheese, grated

1 ½Cups carrot, diced

¼Cup Panko breadcrumbs

1/3Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

2Cloves garlic, minced

12Cups chicken stock

1Teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1Teaspoon fresh parsley

2Tablespoons Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated

1/2Teaspoon Kosher Salt, more to taste as needed

Method

Step 1

In large stockpot or Dutch oven sauté carrots, celery, and onion over medium-high heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Add chicken and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.

Step 3

Pour chicken stock into the pot. Add rosemary, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 4

Once it boils, reduce heat to medium, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Add pasta and cook for 8-9 minutes. Stir occasionally. Garnish with parsley leaves and cheese.
