3 | Cups lactose free milk |
4 | Tbs aged Parmigiano cheese (naturally lactose-free)-grated |

Method
Step 1
Cut the Cheddar cheese into small cubes and in a small saucepot heat the milk added with a pinch of salt.

In a pot, melt the margarine, add the flour, mixing well together to avoid clumps. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on a low heat to obtain a “Roux” sauce.

Add milk little by little , mix well with a whisk to get the béchamel until a creamy texture, then the cheddar and grated parmigiano cheese, together with the spices (nutmeg, pepper and salt) .

Step 4
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
