320g (11,3oz) Barilla® Gluten-free Penne Rigate
100g Barilla® or home made Genovese Pesto
300g cherry tomatoes, halved
170g feta cheese
90g black olives, pitted and halved
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
to taste Salt

For a home made Genovese Pesto

30g basil leaves
15g pine nuts
15g Parmigiano cheese, grated
15g Pecorino cheese, grated
½ clove garlic
200ml extra-virgin olive oil
