320 g Barilla® Penne Rigate
100 g LF home-made Genovese Pesto
300g cherry tomatoes, halved
170 g LF feta cheese
90 g black olives, pitted and halved
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
to taste Salt

For a home made Genovese Pesto

30g basil leaves
15g pine nuts
15 g LF Parmigiano cheese, grated
15 g LF Pecorino cheese, grated
1 /2 clove of garlic
200 ml EVO
