200 g | Halal Cheddar cheese |
60 g | Halal butter (or margarine) |
40 g | Flour 00 |
800 ml | Halal milk |
50 g | Halal Parmigiano cheese |
to taste | Nutmeg |
to taste | Salt |
to taste | Pepper |

Preheat your oven to 200° C.

Cut the Halal Cheddar cheese into small cubes and heat the milk with a pinch of salt in a small saucepot.
