100 g Halal Genovese Pesto
300g cherry tomatoes, halved
170 g Halal feta cheese
90 g black olives, pitted and halved
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
to taste Salt

30g basil leaves
15g pine nuts
15 g Halal Parmigiano cheese, grated
15 g Halal Pecorino cheese, grated
1 /2 clove of garlic
200 ml EVO
