| 8 | slices prosciutto |
| 1½ | cups ricotta |
| 1 | cup spinach, chopped |
| ½ | cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| ½ | cup shredded mozzarella |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 | lemon (zest) |
| 2 | cups marinara sauce |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| To taste | Salt and pepper |
| Fresh thyme (optional) |

Method
Step 1
Cook Barilla Jumbo Shells in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Arrange prosciutto slices on a lined baking tray and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes until crisp. Allow to cool, then crumble.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine ricotta, chopped spinach, Parmesan, mozzarella, egg, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Spread marinara sauce evenly across the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 5
Fill each Barilla Jumbo Shell generously with the ricotta mixture and arrange in the baking dish.
Step 6
Cover and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until heated through.
Step 7
Garnish with crispy prosciutto, a drizzle of olive oil, and fresh thyme before serving.
