320 g Barilla® Gluten-free Fusilli
150 g Baby onions
200 g Belly peppers
150 g Zucchini
150 g Cherry Tomato
200 g Vegan mozzarella
200 g Tofu extra-firm
15 g Nutritional yeast
40 ml Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
To taste Fresh basil
to taste Salt

Method

Step 1
