20 | Oz mixed mushrooms |
1 | Tbs fresh parsley, chopped |
¼ | Cup dry white wine |
1/2 | Cup vegan cream substitute |
1 | Clove garlic |

Method
Step 1
Scrub and slice the mushrooms.
