1 | Box Barilla® Rotini |
3 | Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
20 | Oz mixed mushrooms |
1 | Tbs Italian parsley, chopped |
¼ | Cup dry white wine |
1/2 | Cup cream |
1 | Clove garlic |
TIP | Salt and pepper to taste |

Method
Step 1
Scrub and slice the mushrooms.

Sauté the whole garlic clove in the oil.
