150 g Barilla® Ditalini (or small short pasta)
200 g White beans (dry)
200 g Cannellini beans (dry)
200 g Chickpea beans (dry)
30 ml E.V.O.O
200 g Onion
100 g Carrots
100 g Celery
1 large Potato, diced
1 sprig Thyme
to taste Kosher Sea Salt and Pepper

Method

Step 1
