200g | salmon (fresh or smoked) |
40g | butter |
½ glass | whisky / brandy |
½ lemon | lemon juice |
50ml | cream |
to taste | chives |

Method
Step 1

Melt the butter in a pan, then add the salmon pieces (after delicately removing the skin) and mix together. Sprinkle the mixture with lemon juice, let it evaporate, then add the cream, whisky, salt, and pepper. Cook for five minutes.
