Method
Step 1
Here are six easy steps to cook a delicious and Kosher carbonara pasta:

In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and season with salt and pepper to taste. Then, set the sauce aside for now.

Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water. Bring them "al dente." It’s very important to reserve some cooking water after having drained the spaghetti.

2 minutes before serving, toss the fried eggplant with 5 g of Sumac.
