1 box | Barilla® Linguine |
4 tablespoons | extra virgin olive oil |
3 cloves | garlic thinly sliced |
1 ¼ cups | peeled shrimp |
1 cup | zucchini sliced |
1 | Chile de árbol chopped (optional) |
1 cup | dry white wine |
To taste | Salt and pepper to taste |
3 tablespoons | butter |
10 | stems of fresh chives diced |

Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan
Step 2
Cook the garlic to a golden brown and sauté the shrimp, and then add the zucchini, the chile, the wine and season with salt and pepper
Step 3
Remove the pan from heat once the sauce comes to a boil
Step 4
Cook Barilla Linguine per the instructions on the box

Drain and combine with the sauce while still hot, and serve
