320 g | Pasta Love |
200g | robiola cheese (or soft cheese) |
2 | zucchini |
50ml | extra-virgin olive oil |
Chives, Turmeric powder, extra olive oil, Salt and pepper, to taste |

Method
Step 1
Wash the zucchini and cut them into cubes.
Step 2
Heat a pan with a little olive oil and sauté the zucchini. Once cooked, add the robiola cheese, let it melt on a low heat , add turmeric and mix until you get a creamy sauce.
Step 3
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, drain it "al dente", toss it with the zucchini and robiola cream, and garnish with finely chopped chives.
