Ingredients

Serves 4

1 package Barilla® Three Cheese Tortellini-Family Size
½ small onion diced
40ml extra virgin olive oil
150g package fresh wild mushrooms*
60g prosciutto** julienne
100g heavy cream
To taste Salt and black pepper to taste
40g cup Parmigiano cheese grated
20g parsley chopped

Method

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to boil

Step 2

Meanwhile sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent, about four minutes

Step 3

Add mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned

Step 4

Add the prosciutto and render for 1 minute then add the cream

Step 5

Season with salt and black pepper

Step 6

Cook the tortellini according to the package directions, drain and toss with sauce

Step 7

Stir in Parmigiano cheese and parsley before serving
