Three Cheese Tortellini With Prosciutto and Wild Mushrooms



Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 package Barilla® Three Cheese Tortellini-Family Size
  • ½ small onion diced
  • 40ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 150g package fresh wild mushrooms*
  • 60g prosciutto** julienne
  • 100g heavy cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 40g cup Parmigiano cheese grated
  • 20g parsley chopped

    Bring a large pot of water to boil

    Meanwhile sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent, about four minutes
  3. 3
    Add mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned
  4. 4
    Add the prosciutto and render for 1 minute then add the cream
  5. 5
    Season with salt and black pepper

    Cook the tortellini according to the package directions, drain and toss with sauce

    Stir in Parmigiano cheese and parsley before serving
