1 jar Lactose-free Genovese Pesto
1 ½ pint Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup Lactose-free feta cheese
½ cup Black olives, pitted and halved
1  tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
To taste Salt

For a homemade Genovese Pesto

2 cups Basil leaves
2 tbs Pine nuts
2 tbs Lactose-free Parmigiano cheese, grated
2 tbs Lactose-free Pecorino cheese, grated
1 /2 clove Garlic
4/5 cup Extra virgin olive oil
