200g | Minced gluten free Italian pork sausage |
200g | White button mushrooms, fresh |
100g | Porcini mushrooms, fresh or frozen |
200g | Cream |
1 | Clove garlic, sliced |
TIP | Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt, to taste |
TIP | Parsley, finely chopped for garnish |

Method
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. In a large frying pan, brown the garlic with a little olive oil.
