320g Barilla Gluten Free Penne Rigate
200g Minced gluten free Italian pork sausage
200g White button mushrooms, fresh
100g Porcini mushrooms, fresh or frozen
200g Cream
1 Clove garlic, sliced
TIP Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt, to taste
TIP Parsley, finely chopped for garnish

Method

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thick slices. In a large frying pan, brown the garlic with a little olive oil.
