320 g | Barilla Spaghetti No.5 |
200 g | Cod, diced |
100 g | Kosher canned tuna in oil, drained and flaked |
100 ml | Kosher white wine |
200 g | Tomato Pulp |
150 g | Tomatoes, seeded and cut into strips |
40 ml | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1 | Garrlic clove |
20 g | Parsley, chopped |
1 | Bunch basil, roughly torn |
TIP | Salt and pepper, to taste |
TIP | Optional: chilli oil or crushed chilli flakes to garnish |

Method
Step 1
Sauté the garlic in the oil. Add the cod and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes strips, then the wine and let it evaporate. Add the tomato pulp and stir well for 2 minutes. Add the tuna and let the sauce cook for 5 minutes. Stir it once. Remove the garlic, season with salt and pepper and add parsley, basil. The sauce should retain some of its liquidity.

Step 2
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until "al dente" according to package directions.
