400g | Mussels |
400g | Clams or pipis |
100g | Calamari, sliced in rings |
4 | Prawns |
4 | Cuttlefish |
4 | Prawn tails, heads removed |
150g | Tomatoes, chopped |
150ml | White wine |
40ml | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1 | Garlic clove |
1 | Bunch basil |
1 | Tbsp parsley, chopped |
TIP | Salt and pepper |
TIP | Optional: chilli oil or chilli flakes to garnish |

Method
Step 1
To start, clean the mussels and clams removing the sand. Then, cook garlic, parsley, and basil in oil. Add mussels, clams, and wine, and cover the pan with a lid. When the mussels and clams are open, remove three quarters from their shells and leave the rest as is. Then set aside all the shells.

Step 2
Next, add calamari, cuttlefish, prawns, prawn tails, and tomatoes to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the shellfish with and without shells. Season with salt and pepper. At this stage, the sauce should be a little bit liquidy.

Step 3
While the seafood is cooking, boil the Spaghetti in a large pot of salted water according to the pack instructions.

Once the Spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce. Finish in the pan and serve hot. For an added kick of spice, you can drizzle chilli oil or sprinkle chilli flakes on top.
