60 g | Vegan parmigiano cheese, freshly grated or 30 g nutritional yeast |
150 ml | Lemon juice (2 lemons) |
1 tbsp | Lemon zest |
5 g | Fresh basil, chopped |
3 g | Salt |

Method
Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together half of the olive oil, vegan cheese or nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper
