320g | Barilla Fusilli |
600g | White button mushrooms |
100ml | Plant-based cream |
40ml | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
20g | Fresh parsley, chopped |
20ml | Dry white wine |
1 | Clove garlic |

Method
Step 1
Start by scrubbing the mushrooms and slicing them into thin strips.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add one clove of garlic. Let the garlic infuse in the oil for about a minute, then remove it from the pan and discard.
