320g Barilla Gluten Free Spaghetti
400g Chopped tomato
150g Smoked tofu
100g Onion, peeled and thinly sliced
50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10g Nutritional yeast
TIP Crushed red chilli, salt and pepper, to taste

Method

Step 1

Begin by cutting the smoked tofu into slices and then into rectangles. Add it to a pan over medium heat and gently roast until lightly browned.

Remove the tofu and add the olive oil to the same pan. Sauté the onions and add the chopped tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes and season with crushed red chilli, salt, and black pepper.
