400g | Barilla Basilico sauce |
150g | Guanciale, or bacon |
50ml | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
40g | Pecorino Romano cheese, grated |
TIP | Salt and black pepper, to taste |

Method
Step 1
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Once boiling, add rock salt.
